In Steven Fong’s Grade 3 class, students have been developing their understanding of electric circuits through hands-on learning. After mastering the fundamentals—including the proper use of wire strippers—they applied their skills to design and construct their own electric circuit game boards.

This week, they showcased their work at the Electric Circuit Game Board Showcase, inviting peers, faculty, and staff to test their knowledge through interactive quizzes. The projects reflected a range of creative themes, from tsunamis and outer space to soccer and pets, each integrating scientific principles with engaging gameplay.

The event highlighted students’ ability to think critically, solve problems, and apply scientific concepts in a meaningful way. As visitors engaged with the boards, the young engineers demonstrated both technical skill and creativity, reinforcing their understanding of electric circuits through an innovative and collaborative experience.
