The theme for the 2023-24 school year is Continuing a Culture of Connection. Head of School Bo Lauder explains, “After hearing much from all quarters about the need to strengthen our ties as a community following some challenging years, we are emphasizing our identity as an academic community grounded in Quaker testimonies of peace, equality, community and service.”
The Community Meeting for Worship on Wednesday September 13, attended by more than 200 parents, employees, and trustees, is one example of a new program aimed at building a sense of togetherness. Head of School Bo Lauder comments, “This was a great way to start the year. I think it could become a new tradition.”
